As a participant in mountain activities with CiB, I understand that being in a wild, outdoor environment involves real and unpredictable risks. Natural terrain, changing weather and objective hazards such as falling rocks or unstable ground can never be completely controlled or removed.

I recognise that routes may be remote, exposed or not clearly marked, and that even experienced guides cannot guarantee the ideal path or foresee every obstacle, incident or sudden change in conditions.

I also accept that, in the mountains, mobile coverage and communication may be limited and that, if an accident or medical problem occurs, rescue services, medical care or evacuation may be difficult to access or significantly delayed.
